K4C Kids’ Ministry could not exist without volunteers. Each one is unique in the time they commit, the position they fill, and the gifts they embody. That’s what makes K4C volunteers part of a great team; no one person does ministry alone- they all work together toward our ultimate goal—introducing children to Christ.

Tiny Town volunteers provide love and care by rocking, reading books, playing, and singing to our babies and toddlers. Uptown volunteers build relationships through playing, active storytelling and music and engaging children in their unique learning process. All team members ensure the kids have a great experience in K4C from the moment they arrive!

Our Downtown area, offer volunteers the opportunity to use their talents in leading a Large or Small Group. Large Group volunteers use drama, music and creative teaching to bring the Bible to life for children as a whole group. A Small Group Shepherd has the opportunity for connecting with their group of 10-12 children as they talk about applying the lesson they just heard to the kids’ lives, and helping them grow in their spiritual journey.

K4C volunteers know that serving gives them an opportunity to honor God. Volunteering is not a duty or an obligation, but an act of worship. Every spiritual gift is valued and used for the sake of the children. Just like you, volunteers in K4C are busy people. Many work full time jobs but have set their priorities to reflect what is truly important in life, by putting the kingdom of God first.

“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” – Matthew 6:33

As a volunteer, your time committed can vary and God will bless you for your investment in the lives of the kids and their families. All you need to become a volunteer in K4C is a heart for children and a willingness to grow in your relationship with Christ.
